Hotel O Ekta My Stay

You charged for breakfast but they don’t provide the breakfast. For next day booking, they asked me to give cash and need not to book online.

I was denied entry. And the amount was paid really a scamm

Worst behaviour. Staff are unprofessional. They demand extra money, if you don't give them they'll deny you for check in.

Good service and good staff

They gave us a standard room which was not part of the main building but in some other building. The room was not even close to what they have shown in the pictures. The room felt like a servant / driver room and it was a bad experience for us. I really have no words to describe this place that they called a hotel. The staff were not friendly or helpful at all. The room vasu so dull with no window, and dirty. Luckily we had brought with us our sheets, pillowcases, and towels because theirs were extremely dirty; they used to be white and they had stains on them. There is no hot water 24 hrs. Every-time you need to take a shower you have to call them to turn it on. The ac did not work. We could not sleep well because of the noise. We could hear everything going on outside the room. The bathroom was another story. No bathtub or shower curtain. Every-time you'd take a shower the whole bathroom gets wet and water would go into the room because the clogged drain. In addition to that, the sink leeks and every-time you wash your hands your legs get washed for free. If you plan to take with you some clothes to hang, think of short items only because you will only have 1/2 a wardrobe with mothballs in it to make your clothes stink.

The breakfast was included with booking but they denied for breakfast.

I like the stay, only one thing i feel bad that door lock is damaged so i was unable to put my important things their when i need to ho out

Not out Side food allowed and they have restrictions like Gurukul and not safe for couples

The Hotel services was excellent

Overall it was a good experience

It's a great experience for Stay in Hotel Royal Stay.

Breakfast was not ready on time. Worst room cleaning. Bedsheets and blankets were used and unhygienic.

As was told you on call yesterday, Hotel didn't allow the check in of paid booking.

The behavior of owner is very bad he charged extra.

Hotel was good where Hotel staff was supported and service was to good. Everything was perfect. But required improvement in one segment land line not available during my Stay so required the same.

The hotel was good. Room services was available on time. Receptionist was cooperative and was nice and well behaved.
