Hotel O Blue Pearl Residency Near Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport

Hi , I had a horrible experience with my recent hotel booking. The room was extremely dirty — there were cockroaches, flies, and mosquitoes inside. The washroom was not clean, and the furniture was old, broken, and dusty. showed a Queen-size bed, but I got two single beds joined together. The TV didn’t work, and the actual room looked nothing like the photos shown online. I couldn’t report it earlier because I was busy, but this was honestly one of the worst stays ever. Very disappointed and poor hygiene. I’ll seriously think twice before booking.

The hotel was pathetic. Internal walls were damp and bad. No toileries, no towel. No water bottle. No wifi. Photos were misleading.

The hotel of blue pearl residency was very very dirty smells very very bed, they said they are going to clean it, but it is very unhygene. So i couldn’t stay it and i cancel it immediately.

It was a terrible experience, the room wasn't clean at all. The ac was not working, there was water dripping from it constantly. The linens were dirty. The double bed had separate mattresses with a huge division in between. There was no room service. The washroom was unclean, nothing would go down the flush. There were rats and cockroaches around. It was a terrible experience. The only good thing about it is the location as it just 2 steps from the metro station.

From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warmth and kindness by the hotel staff. Their genuine hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my entire stay.
