good good staff excleent ok done time to clean but ac to much conditioning

Stay was peaceful. Comfortable good sized rooms. Services provided were great. Food provided was excellent. The manager and staff were very helpful. Clean hotel. A nice market nearby. I forgot my device in the hotel while leaving and they reminded me after I left about my device. Honest staff.

The hotel was well-maintained and provided a pleasant experience. Furthermore, the staff members were exceptionally kind and helpful. To top it off, it was also quite affordable.

Worst experience with the customer service.

The hotel manager behaved very frankly. Also the food was very good and the location was near the Asalfa metro station which is known to everyone.

Due to rainy season it was effected the access, food is average and amenities and service also good

The room is small but it is neat and clean. Bathroom is also neat. For this budget i think this is a perfect choice. Nearby metro available hust 200mtrs from the hotel.

In a word worst experience. Hotel is situated in a lane, not on the main road. Besides that workshops around the hotel. We got a room that has no window. Walls of hotel room were too dirty and cockroaches are doing party. We stayed in the room in which AC got malfunctioned after a day. In a word worst experience don’t stay if you with family.

Clean rooms and very good in hospitality, fully supportive owner, only parking charges are extra it must be free

We like the room, it was very decent and it was Kapil friendly after a tiring day, Coming back to the room felt good in that price so complete value for money and customer friendly

It’s very near to main road and metro station so there is no need walk too much and hotel is nice and staff is helpful

Below average. Hotel in a gali surrounded by factory. Only basic facilities like a cheat lodge. Not value for money paid.
