bugs in the bed cockroaches on the wall no ventilation worst room n washroom was very untidy... don't stay there and not hygienic at all.

No hot water

I stay here for 1 night only. but it was very very terrible. there are lots of bed bugs in room. no fresh air at all. very suffocating room. I checked in at 7pm. the boy serving there was very rude and busy in his own mobile game. Not responding to guests. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

staff talking is late night that's affect the our sleep or irritating things room's are very near hence side rooms sounds enter in another room and room' wall is very simple like plastics and room' are very small as like shows in picture and very difficult to find location because is in building in small rommsa

Good place to stay in the big city of Mumbai. Rooms are in 5th floor and lift facility is available

Hotel is not maintained, bathroom was dirty, no hot water. Chocrochers were there in the room. Ac was not working.

Its couple room. Only for hourly base type. I went with my sister and brother. Itvwas very awkward situation for us.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality.

No ac was working, rooms are dirty, no water facility no towel, photos are different and reality is different

Stayed there for 3 nights, and it was a worst decision to stay in such terrible property, jet spray was not working, the linen which was on the bed had some many stains and top of it bugs were on wall and bedsheet, i will give 0 rating for the property and at the time of c/out no one was in the reception, tried calling the property staff, one of them staff said please check the room no. 103 and said one of the staff is there, tried calling that room from outside the room but he/she didn't listen to my words, and staff kept me waiting outside the room and i had to leave the property without doing the check-out formalities, however there was no bills pending, because it was already through makemytrip due to that i left

The stay which we got was filled with mosquitoes and the toilet cleanliness was very poor. Room was not very much neat and tidy.
