Townhouse OAK Hotel Belsons Taj Mahal

I have booked classic room with kingsize bed But when I reached they were giving twin bed room .. and they asked me to pay 500 rs extra for bed with king size..i paid 500 rs extra to have a room with kingsize bed

Very nice property and location is also good. Rooms are spacious, breakfast options are good. Suitable for Couples and Business

Actually I booked the room for 3 adults in the request form and paid for 3 adults.With your tie up with OYO Rooms the booking sheet in the hotel showed that amount paid for 2 adults only.Hotel people demanded to pay 400 for extra bed. This is my bitter experience with the previous booking.Ensure that this may not occur for e verybody

Rooms were not clean and missing basics likewater bottle and toiletries.Staff is unprofessional.Sad

No internet, no third cot for third adult, they are providing one mattress on floor, no proper response to complaint, need to follow up for 2 days for problem rectification, no complimentary 2hrs access for check in and check out, as room availability was there,

I reached early but they denaiyed early check in. The frontage of the hotel itself was not clean, looking old and not maintained. Room number 206 was given to me, I doubt whether they provided same category of room I bookek. Provided extra cotton bed on floor for third person. The wash basin was broken. Bathroom also was not maintained properly. Totally I feel I over payed.

Belsons Taj used to be my favorite place in Secunderabad - for stay n food. But now, both areas need a lot of improvements. There are hardly anyone in the restaurant - at 9pm or at 8am. That's real bad. We took 2 rooms for 1 night stay. In 1 room, washbasin is not draining. In the other, fan is not working. Luckily, in this summer, both AC units are working effectively. Except locational advantage, this property doesn't offer much - as better options are available within walking distance.

Centrally located & reasonably good. Cordial staff and good customer service.Breakfast and Tea is also good.

Very poorly maintained. No hot water. Bad linen. Door latches do not work. No manager in the hotel to talk to. Looks like an abandoned place.

Location is good. But the amenities and services are not up to the mark. The condition of the room discouraged me.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the belsons taj mahal hotel in hyderabad. The room lacked basic amenities, with no proper water supply, and the overall hygiene was extremely poor. There was a bad odor throughout, making the stay uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I Booked a Hotel for Rest and I Could Not Rest the whole Night, As the Mattress not Comfortable . wifi Available but not working, No Toth 🪥 Brush and Colgate, No Decoration in Room.

Over all average stay hotel, location is good connecting near by metro station and raiway stayion. Front desk manager mr. Giri is soft-spoken and polite person ready to help always with a smile. Should improve of hygiene and food options.

No gst bill provide by you or hotel. No water, i not even sleep well due to ac blower noise. Its worst.

Please remove these type of hotels from your list, place is stinking, toilet is horrible to use, no hot water, cots are potholes

Everything was perfect, hygiene, environment, privacy, location room were clean and food was delicious. Room service coordination is top level peaceful l environment, if u want to explore hyderabad solo or with family it doesn't matter,

Located at centre of everywhere. Very hygienic and safe. Best in all view. A home away from home.
