Bad communication from makemytrip. Hotel didn't get the money when it was paid from makemytrip. Very late response from the team as hotel staff already mentioned about makemytrip team behavior with 0 response. What is the point when i paid for lunch / dinner option which was not served even i paid extra 700 rs on refund basis but didn't get anything due to makemytrip team. Hotel didn't recieved the money its strange that this much big company having this kind of reputation. With all respect o should not paid any money for this kind of experience. You must check my record how loyal customer i am.

The Wi-Fi was not working even signal was not available !! Expensive food services. But room was clean and good washroom facilities. Paid drinking water facility. The location was good since it was near to metro and at the place where we wanted it to be.

Location is out of market and it is situated in a lane when I go to that hotel they shifted me to other hotel which No cleaning in the gallery and room. This is not value for money. Very poor service.
