Hotel O K N Residency

The room was okay I like it it’s comfy the only problem is Washroom smell..

I stayed in k n residency they did not provide any amenities but the service was good the room was cleaned and i got the cheapest price room, i didn't expect the lowest price room

Reception is good behavior. And rooms also we'll mentioning.

Worst experience in my life, they are taking extra amount more than my booking and receptionist didn't know how to behave customer, no enquiry response, no bathroom are cleaned, no cup of glass available,. Worst room and staffs. 1. 1

I booked two rooms in this hotel. When i reached the reception to check in. The manager charged me extra money. I couldn't understand why they charge extra even after booking.

Hotel manager ask to pay extra 1800rs and i paid that amount. And that hotel was full of negative energy and some unknown noises are coming ! am very afraid to sleep in that hotel. And to make my trip thankyou for doing fraud behaviour

Hotel management charged me rs200 extra. Regarding this i contacted you several times, but no response from you. Please don't allow this kind of ruthless things next time.

Average hotel water supply not good

I reached hotel in that heavy rain at night 1030 and hotel demanded additional 300 with me. I tried oyo customer care and I was told that property owner is not agreeing so I have cancel booking and try another, at night 10.30 in that rain I had no option other than this. so had to pay extra 300

After booking confirmation asking additional charges, no professional receptionist,

I am already paid full amount. But they need extra amount.

They aak more money booking price 780 they ask 1000

Location is not on road. Road to property is muddy. No food or even tea is served from the kitchen. Room floor was sticky. Safety is ok. Average property in short.

Good service was there, good rooms.

Sanitizer is available, staffs were polite but weren't wearing masks. Toiletries were provided which were packed. Location is ok n service is ok ok. Overall a fair experience

hotel is safe. but not clean.try to keep clean

When i have book this k n residency breakfast included and when i check in there is no breakfast. Give my money of breakfast which included.
