My Hotel near Yashobhoomi, Dwarka

Room service is not proper rest all is ok staff are good cleaning room proper but bedcover dirty

It was hopeless place, amidst buffalo dung . The room was as unclean. Bedsheet we had to change. Water glasses were dirty. Food was being served in plastic cutlery. In the beginning they promised for Morning breakfast which was complimentary by 7 AM as our flight was early but at eleventh hour they backed out

poor service poor location false verbal statement about distance from convention centre. Dangerous area with no street lights bad roads, poor food quality

Location is near yashobhumi bedsheets were dirty, towels were dirty, floor was sticky. No way worth of 4k a night

The stay was comfortable, but the location was in an underdeveloped village, so don't expect the roads to be nice around the stay. You can book the stay without breakfast and then ask for breakfast. Then the food becomes reasonable. I was told by localities that similar hotels were available at lesser price on the main road near yashobhoomi - i've not personally checked them out though.

Property is good but service is very worst. No ones listen customer's request towel and soap not provided ac was not proper working

Behaviour was not good, not provided, heaters by request, also, they did not consider anything that’s why

Hotel was sold out and no rooms were available. They moved me to another hotel. Mmt should ensure that after taking 100% payments in advance rooms are provided.

The hotel and the room were not up to mmt standards the last mile road was a kutcha road in the wilderness looked like a shady place the room was substandard no chairs or seating no kettle or tea arrangements the meals were just snacks, no regular restaurant or kitchen no bathroom linen was provided until requested overall, a substandard less than one-star property that was totally out of sync with the amount that i paid it's a disappointment mmt must ensure some minimum standards i have lost faith in mmt

Not a hotel, it’s rather a pg accommodation. Not suitable for family stay. Room floor was dusty when i checked in, probably not swept for days. Dirty linen. Full of mosquitoes. No towels/napkins no toiletries no one comes to room cleaning. Pathetic food services they only have a set of preparations and limited options to choose from. Only “local” lads as “bell boys”, no mannerisms. Tv & set box remotes are different from that of the make, so you can’t watch. Dining hall which is never open. Lastly, the location is quite remote, not easily accessible, a kutcha road leading to the place, no readily available cab services. The only plus point is that it is near to airport and yashibhoomi convention centre.

Hi, usually i don't comment but this experience was really disappointing as the profile says newly built, so thought it would be very clean but it wasn't and we had to ask for water glass soap n towel which was also not up to the mark so i would not recommend to anyone thanks. I dint take any pics

Decent rooms with excellent service staff who is very helpful and quick to respond

basically , the hotel is located little away from the bustling areas of dwarka. therefore appropriate food chains are not available nearby. therefore the hotel kitchen should be well maintained and trained people should handle the food preparation and services . linen, pillow covers, towel etc. need to properly cleaned and dust accumulation and many places should be wiped regularly. advantage is that it is near to yashobhumi convention center. separate dinning hall can be created at ground level. saw cockroach 🪳 in rest room. mugs were not cleaned etc. thanks. sorry images i didn't take and left the hotel one night in advance

It was a wonderful and comfortable stay. good smell with a good vibe. Everything was perfect. Staff was also very nice. staff helped us in checking out with lots of hospitality. In future I will definitely stay here❣️

I had the pleasure of staying at my hotel sector 23 recently and i have to say, it exceeded all of my expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-appointed. The staff were friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable.

The right place to stay supported by wonderful service. Much worthy than what u pay for. Food is also good.

Talking about the stay, this place is great if you love spacious, clean rooms with loads of amenities. The bed linens and towels are also squeaky-clean, great for someone with cleanlinessocd like me.

If i'm being honest it's more of a 4 star hotel. The location isn't that accessible it you're in delhi as a tourist. The service and everything is amazing. That being said it makes up in everything else given the price, it's quite cheap and is a bang for your buck.
