Oh Biz Executive-Leonia Holistic Destination

Leonia resort and stay overall good. I been with family, booked Ohbiz rooms. However I see rooms became little old they need renovation in sooner time. Water cascade games also for children became old. Best part is they are maintaining well so hygiene and clean stuff is there. You get to enjoy 3/4 big swimming pool and music with rain dance. Again On food it is just average taste, the cost they are putting is high but very disappointed with food taste. Breakfast buffet is poorly managed.

Average hotel .Rooms were like below average .ok for range of 2k~3k per night . Room was not clean ...washrooms were average and noise was there from outised

It is definitely not a 4 star property. Rooms felt like more of 2-3 star category.. For the price , one can get a decent 4-5 star hotel in the city.

It was a pleasant stay and comfortable, at obiz executive room. Service was professional and food was amazing at bistro, Cost was high though. Complimentary breakfast was a buffet with lots of varieties of food and delicious taste. Kids play area was nice and calm. Pool was crowded but still we enjoyed nicely as the water was very neat and fresh. Maintenance of pool and rooms were decent. Leonia provided quality soaps, shampoos and 2 toothbrushes with 2 toothpaste and comb. Towels and linings were neatly maintained along with bed sheets. We took high floor at 11th to enjoy moonlight at night and they gave us 1hr late checkout too. Finally, it was a worth stay for 6200 for one night.

We were welcomed by pest in the room. The hand faucet was leaking in the washroom area. The shower knob when pulled came into our hand. The experience was terrible. It was worse then a lodge.

very well maintained ambience .... breakfast was mouthwatering ....thanks to the receptionists for solving my problem with in a minuteeee.... n the staff was humble too

The stay is good and the play area hygine is good. However, the food & bevarages pricing is extremly high. Simply money looting I felt. For Example; Two pieces of Gulabjammoons is Rs 250. Isn't it looting..

location & stay is good. but for food & beverages prices are too high.. better to cross check the prices as per the market and the portion they are serving

Food was good complete family including kids enjoyed, but not happy with stay. They used Spring mattress where complete family unable to sleep complete night.

I recently stayed at Oh Biz Leonia Resort and had a wonderful experience! The room was amazing—spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view surrounded by greenery, which made the stay even more relaxing. One of the highlights for me was the breakfast—it was always my favorite part of the day, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Highly recommended for a peaceful and refreshing getaway!

the food is too expensive and also activities till 6 pm it’s summer and people will like to play games or swim in the evening time from 4 to 8 very bad experience in the resort

Leonia at its best to spend time alone with family. Had a wonderful time for 3 days and 3 nights with excellent treatment from the staff. Special mention of Manager Praveen and Ganesh Supervisor at Ohbiz, resolving the issue I faced in a smooth manner which is pleasing. Avoid meeting Subrat at reception who is young and I faced attitude issues with him at some point with rude behaviour. I didn't like in person. Food is the top notch but little expensive.

hotel was good but front desk team is in experince som good trained team should be there as every time they are checking with backend team for necessary clarity

It seems like you had a disappointing experience with a hotel or accommodation service.

As informed by us in advance during the booking, we checked in late midnight, there was no security or help desk that could guide the roads internally. We were given rooms in a building that was very far from the food courts & main hotel. We did not get hot water in those rooms despite follow ups for 2 hrs. Poor room service, limited in-room dining, poor internal coordination experienced initially. Even when we informed them to kindly serve the breakfast for the senior citizen(granny) in room as she was babysitting a year old child & as our rooms were very far from the breakfast place, there was a lack of internal communication & coordination compelling senior citizen to come to the breakfast restaurant with a baby. Any food ordered in room took 35-45 minutes, even baby food. When we raised these concerns, later they apologized & made up for their mistakes by giving complimentary cakes & changing rooms. The rooms we were later shifted to had good facilities & the food courts, kids zone was nearby. These were the same rooms i had seen online & hence booked. Later they said because this building was full due to wedding, we were allotted farther rooms initially. The hotel must have the bandwidth to accommodate masses with standard quality services as promised by them on various booking sites irrespective of weddings, events or alike. If the rooms we opted for were not available they shouldn't have taken up the booking with full advance payments. They must upgrade themselves with respect to the convenience of the babies, senior citizens with health issues, etc. Especially by upgrading their internal communication & coordination.

Old furniture and hygiene challenges there, bedsheet smells every where. Since it’s a resort we can’t solve this problem. But i hey can replace bed and furniture’s to make the property match with any 4 star hotels.

It's great experience to stay, breakfast and dinner had good quality and variety. Good rooms with good service. Water rides are good to enjoy.

I faced issue with make my trip where i did payment by emi but total amount got deducted am not happy it with

Poor amenities. No pegs available to hang clothes, windows not opening for outside view. Staff too busy to answer calls.
