As informed by us in advance during the booking, we checked in late midnight, there was no security or help desk that could guide the roads internally. We were given rooms in a building that was very far from the food courts & main hotel. We did not get hot water in those rooms despite follow ups for 2 hrs. Poor room service, limited in-room dining, poor internal coordination experienced initially. Even when we informed them to kindly serve the breakfast for the senior citizen(granny) in room as she was babysitting a year old child & as our rooms were very far from the breakfast place, there was a lack of internal communication & coordination compelling senior citizen to come to the breakfast restaurant with a baby. Any food ordered in room took 35-45 minutes, even baby food. When we raised these concerns, later they apologized & made up for their mistakes by giving complimentary cakes & changing rooms. The rooms we were later shifted to had good facilities & the food courts, kids zone was nearby. These were the same rooms i had seen online & hence booked. Later they said because this building was full due to wedding, we were allotted farther rooms initially. The hotel must have the bandwidth to accommodate masses with standard quality services as promised by them on various booking sites irrespective of weddings, events or alike. If the rooms we opted for were not available they shouldn't have taken up the booking with full advance payments. They must upgrade themselves with respect to the convenience of the babies, senior citizens with health issues, etc. Especially by upgrading their internal communication & coordination.
