Clarion Hotel Hyderabad

I liked the stay, city centre. Breakfast buffer was really good and the stuff was pretty cooperative and sweet. Multiple places nearby by. Must try their Ironhill cafe.

Good location in Gachibowli, clean room, excellent breakfast and meals. Room alloted had no see-through window though. As a result, it felt like living in a match box at night. Gym is good though.

Facility is good and well maintained. Cleanliness is also good and staff behaviour is friendly. Food quality is best and different varieties are available as per individual choice. Location is well in centre of city.

Bathrooms were smaller in size, Hospitality issues, Morning buffet had almost similar menu through out our stay. Located in prime area need more focus on customer satisfication.

Not recommendable in regards to the facilities provided against the bill they charge. Food although hygenic, diverse option was not available, everyday same breakfast.

Had a very good experience, the front staff were pleasant comfortable in speaking with them, though I have not used housekeeping personnel but they greeted me and had a homely feeling. Thank you

Rooms are not lighted very well, lack of natural light. A lot of smell of disinfectant and chemicals, on the other hand the food was exceptionally good

So during my stay, Hotel staff didn't gave me keys for good two days, when i submitted them for housekeeping. Everytime they you used to open room with master key. I couldn't enter room at my free will. On the top of this, my washroom got locked when i was inside..n thank fully i had guest at my room that day who helped opened it using sharp thing. Thirdly, i ordered food calling room service asking if they could help get quick delivery of sandwiches in 10mins. But guess what they took the order and never made it.

The property is in a very good location and it is in main road touch to get transportation. The staff are very friendly. Their restaurant service is also very good and food is very delicious 😋

Overall Good Experience. Location was quite far from city. Approachable services and clean rooms.

The hotel seems to be new however there were a lot of issues in the room. 1. The hygiene could have been better. 2. The wall was getting scrapped off and looked dirty 3. The shower was not working properly Overall the stay was average with average amenities. Had a pleasant stay at the hotel.Rooms were neat and clean,should comment about the Complimentary breakfast,it was really satisfying. The location also enhanced the overall experience.
