Clarion Hotel Hyderabad

Had a very good experience, the front staff were pleasant comfortable in speaking with them, though I have not used housekeeping personnel but they greeted me and had a homely feeling. Thank you

Rooms are not lighted very well, lack of natural light. A lot of smell of disinfectant and chemicals, on the other hand the food was exceptionally good

So during my stay, Hotel staff didn't gave me keys for good two days, when i submitted them for housekeeping. Everytime they you used to open room with master key. I couldn't enter room at my free will. On the top of this, my washroom got locked when i was inside..n thank fully i had guest at my room that day who helped opened it using sharp thing. Thirdly, i ordered food calling room service asking if they could help get quick delivery of sandwiches in 10mins. But guess what they took the order and never made it.

The property is in a very good location and it is in main road touch to get transportation. The staff are very friendly. Their restaurant service is also very good and food is very delicious 😋

Overall Good Experience. Location was quite far from city. Approachable services and clean rooms.

The hotel seems to be new however there were a lot of issues in the room. 1. The hygiene could have been better. 2. The wall was getting scrapped off and looked dirty 3. The shower was not working properly Overall the stay was average with average amenities. Had a pleasant stay at the hotel.Rooms were neat and clean,should comment about the Complimentary breakfast,it was really satisfying. The location also enhanced the overall experience.

Terrible experience at Hotel Clarion, Hyderabad. The service was shockingly poor, with endless delays for even the most basic requests like towels or room cleaning. Staff showed a careless, indifferent attitude and made no effort to resolve issues, no matter how many times we followed up. Every task felt like we were asking for a favor, not something we paid for. Strongly recommend avoiding this place there are far better options in Hyderabad.

Issues with hot water in the bathroom. Bottled drinking water was bad which was very surprising. Expensive.
