Super Hotel O Karmanghat Near TKR khaman

It was dirty. No proper arrangements where made . It was a horrible stay. No good words can be said.

didn’t allow check in till 4pm and made us wait in lobby from 12pm-4pm, after check in also rooms were so dirty, used bedsheets, poop in toilet, dirty towel, food covers all literred in the room, room was only cleaned after multiple requests at 8pm, had to find alternative hotel for day 2 and no support from make my trip customer care despite multiple phone calls and exchanges over email with attached pictures

The Hotel's location is easily accessible and all transportation facilities are quickly available in front of the bus stand. The staff behavior was good. However, the room facilities were not available. No towels, soaps were provided. Even though no drinking water bottle was given and it was like a hostel with just a room and nothing other extra amenities to host guests. With the amount paid, atleast minimum towel, soap and a drinking water bottle were expected. Also the Ac plugged off didn't attempt unaware of the consition and since was weather was sooting it didn't cause musch issue

Good stay. Supportive staff well maintained with good accommodation and near by facilities are good.
