The bedsheet, pillows and towels were dirty, and the kitchen management was poor. Orders were often mixed up, and some weren't addressed at all. I requested salt, but it was never provided. To make matters worse, the staff member assigned to my dinner order left without fulfilling it, causing me to wait for over an hour before I had to place the order again.
