A hotel booking, which was turned nightmare kept me awake whole night.

Single star was given just because there was no option to give -5(minus five. As i booked the hotel on 7 dc 22/ 2215 hrs at price rs and confirmation received on credit payment through lazy pay. I was supposed to pay this amount within 18 dc 22. When i reached the hotel n enquired about my booking the person some pandey sitting at reception, found my name in his list and asked id proof from me. He took photo state of my adhar card and after that asked about payment. I shown him my confirmation msg received by me. Then he declined the booking confirmation and told at price rs this hotel room can't be booked. I was shocked and called. After struggling for about half an hour with iv r options, somehow i could reach one of the operator. I explained all issues that i was declined the booking but it was a horrible response from both hotel. When no response recieved, i left the hotel and stayed whole night awake. Which was charged on me for nothing sake n for the whole night trauma offered. Along with me at least 3 more persons (along with elderly person) were also denied confirmed rooms in front of me. It was a nightmare night spent awake.
