No proper lights. No cleanliness. Stains on bedsheets. No stool and hanger in the bathroom

Bakwas hotel, no service, no hyzine, never visit again

It's very poor, staffs behave improperly, room is not cleaned timely, used bedsheets and pillow cover are asked to use, I just had a horrible stay. Worst of all they are not ready to address the problems we booked room for 3 we were provided with room for 2, TV was not working for 2 days, WiFi never worked. Horrible stay.

The wifi/internet connectivity was quite bad and the place can be better in terms of cleanliness as well.

Room was poor with extreme smell.

Service cab be improved and maintenance required.

Location is good, room clean and good lighting.
Hotel good but room service was slow.

Air conditioning didn't work through out the night. Couldn't sleep at all. Breakfast was not at all good. Linen on the bed was dirty and had spots. Hotel overall is pathetic, dirty and too expensive for the money paid and the service received in return. Will not recommend to anyone for staying here.

Food is OK but stay never be want to again. It's was biggest mistake in my life.
Never be suggest to my enemy for stay there.

The bill of fooding was unwanted and the service was pathetic I will recommend people to not use your service.

It was good and well mannered.

Room was a little smaller than what is shown in the pictures. Yet the service and food is outstanding. Only one problem was that the door of our room was not getting locked properly, so one time we just closed the door and did not lock it, but to our horror, the security guard suddenly came rushing and opened the door. And it was not that he wouldn't have known that somebody was inside, as the TV was quite loud, they should knock before entering a room to avoid breaching the guest's privacy.

I am not order food in the hotel and location are so good.
Very bad hotel very small size room and room service are very very bad.

The staff was rude and was not talking properly.
The staff is very rude over there and they do not know how to talk to their customers, worst experience ever had.

Only food was ok, rest all facilities, services and staff behavior terrible.

Location wise it is good but they will not give you room as you see in pictures.
They kept me waiting for 2 hours for room and staff behaviour is rough.

The bathroom door is not in closing position. Overall it is very nice.

I was supposed to get mineral water, but these people filled a disposed bottle and gave. This kind of cheapest activity I have seen first time. I was put up in 3rd floor and there was no lift I strained my leg. Telephone room didn't work for a day. Overall worst experience.
