from door lock to bedroom to bathroom to TV to furniture to bed sheet to cleanliness to towel to interior of room even service corridor it is horrible can't stay again in the same room it someone offers free of cost

I forgot my smartwatch at the hotel, and the app shows its location as the same hotel, but the hotel staff says they can't find it.

It is located in girinagar and very few hotels are available in the vicinity. Value for money. 1km to nearest bus stop.

Good location but no service at all. Bathroom is not properly cleaned. Towel hanger in bathroom is broken no proper soap or dispenser. No supply of tissue paper and broken furniture

Place was nice and had a comfortable stay, location was good, everything easily accessible with good facilities.

Room. And service were good but they asked to pay extra amount after reaching hotel even after paying entire amount through mmt. Or else they refused to provide room ridiculous

I don't have issues with the hotel. The rating i gave was for the makemytrip app team, such a worst team and service.

While we checked in dey asked us to pay 300 more … as dey wer having the cost issues in the app ..! If that was the thing den dey shld have not accepted the bookings with the cost dey have presented

As a make my trip system is very bad, no coustomer care number is working position, no any reply from mail. Your booking prices not accepted this hotel, want extra money for time check in. No your support system,

They charged extra,there is no car parking

Receptionist asked for extra charges stating makemytrip charges less. Apart the hotel bed linen had too much stains, torn towels, no toilet amenities, no wifi access wasgi

Hotel charged us 400 extra regardless of the amount that we had already paid. After entering our room we found the basic sanitary items missing.

Very bad experience, they have taken extra money at check in, they cheated by taking 468rs extra at check in

The worst hotel one can stay in. They do not even value their customers. Sheer disappointment

3. room was average. no separate car parking facilities, however i travelled this time in train. may be a concern if i travel by car. lift size could be more. it can accomodate only two people. somebody overloaded the lift and the lift did not work. my parents are very aged and they had to climb the steps till 3rd floor. however, the hotel staff was kind enough and offered a room in first floor as we were about to vacate shortly thereafter. the hotel staff says gst is not reflected and asked me to pay extra amount. i had to speak to oyo and ensure that i am not charged extra. no coffee or tea supplied in room. we have to have it ourselves outside. tv didn't work in one of the room and in another room, there was not enough channel options. overall, we can say the stay was average.

Good for short period stay for one or two days, with external food arrangements.

3. Charged extra during checkin

The hotel rooms are good with ac & tv fitted, but the employees are lazy

Get rude owner charged me extra 1500 for nothing and didn’t provide me a bill

Locating this property is little difficult. Booked a room through mmt. On arrival was made to pay rs 251 extra over and above payment made through mmt. Without payment refused to allow check in. Room had no toiletries. Have to wait for 55 minutes to get soap. Worst.
