A decent place with good, spacious rooms. The first room I was allotted had a non-functional AC, but the staff promptly shifted me to another room. The food was good and the staff were polite and helpful.

stayed with mother for 2 nights.good comfortable stay.. helpful courteous staff, decent rooms and room service.. no complaints

Food ok, location fine, rooms needs improvement

location was bad. it is near the satellite bus station, means horns from the buses blasting all night , and poor sound proof room means NO sleep. Totally wet bathroom. no shower curtain. lucky if you can keep your balance Poor water pressure means commode flush was ineffective. Tata sky recharge was done only after calling 5 times. so don't expect TV. breakfast was ok. Terrible experience overall . Price was also higher compared to properties around , not sure for why.

service delivery time very high. even on request hotel did not change the sheets and towels. poor hygiene. Rooms are clean but in one of the rooms AC,lights were not working properly as the room's access card was not fitting properly. Hot water facility was good and complementary breakfast is excellent. Overall it was a good stay with minor flaws.

Food & facilities were good but location is a bit off the road which sometimes creates transportation issues.

Rosewood hotel location wise very good and food quality is very nice and family friendly kids friendly and group services very good, overall if I will give the five star

Room’s are very bad poor conditions.vary poor service and no buddy care about customer complaint.my personally advice please check before book the hotel...room worth 1500maximum not more then.

The superior rooms in which we stayed were spacious and good.The ameneties in the room were good as everything was provided for a basic need.The staff was good and polite and the food was excellent.Only thing worth needing attention is the upkeep of bathroom. Also the outside noise of the buses honking nearby needs to be taken care of by sound barriers.

Stay was sooo great and location is great food is good enjoy stay as the hotel has great breakfast.

Room was clean and hygienic but the receptionist at night was very unprofessional we made us wait till to activate tv and was hurling at me to wait for 2 hours he was literally asking me whether i jv come stay or watch tv after activation at 10 30 pm he calls and says that’s why i told you to wait

It's a very secure place, taste food and rooms are very clean and the reception people are treated as good friends

The room was good and all the furnitures and bathroom fittings were in good working condition. The food is way below average - breakfast was bad. The location is also not very convenient.
