Good Hotel but Scope of Improvement.

Location is good. In room amenities are pretty good. Hospitality is good. Property was renovating so a bit noisy, but even that was manageable. Food is an area where they lack significantly. Both North Indian and South Indian cuisines aren’t good. We were served cold soup and food when we ordered in the room. Overall in-room dining experience wasn’t good.

I booked the hotel in the hope of getting easy monaverability in my electric wheelchair. The entrance slope is not confirming to the standard and also the restaurant is not accessible by wheelchair; of course the staff fetched me the food from the main sitting area. But my expectation was belied. Rest all ok.

The hotel serves Japanese food, which I thought was a good place. The miso soup was delicious. The chicken was good, but it would have been even better if they had fish. The fruit was also fresh and nice. The hotel facilities are not new, and the sofas in particular felt dirty. These covers could use updating. It would be a good idea to keep toothbrushes in the bathroom. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers were very small and difficult to use. It felt very poor. It would be better to install a permanent device that dispenses a lot of liquid.
