Terrible Stay

Reached at 2 PM, they claimed there was no booking until we showed proof, then made us wait till 4 PM for a room. The room was filthy, the bathroom disgusting, and the AC didn’t work. Couldn’t even use the toilet. Worst hotel experience ever. Never booking this place again.

The property was clean and have some great restaurants specially the Japanese restaurant Matsuri. Loved the food there. Location is great between the beautiful Cubbon park and the bustling St. Marks road, UB city etc. which is great for all kind of age group and people.

Chancery staff were great, and even though we needed to change our flight at the last minute, causing us to reach the hotel around 10 am, much before the check-in time, they still arranged a room for us and provided us with an early check-in without any extra cost.
