Chancery staff were great, and even though we needed to change our flight at the last minute, causing us to reach the hotel around 10 am, much before the check-in time, they still arranged a room for us and provided us with an early check-in without any extra cost.

inspite of being in non smoking zone. whenever we came back to room from out we could smell cigarette smell and it was very strong too.. we could not lower he AC temperature..

Good Hotel but Scope of Improvement.

Location is good. In room amenities are pretty good. Hospitality is good. Property was renovating so a bit noisy, but even that was manageable. Food is an area where they lack significantly. Both North Indian and South Indian cuisines aren’t good. We were served cold soup and food when we ordered in the room. Overall in-room dining experience wasn’t good.

I booked the hotel in the hope of getting easy monaverability in my electric wheelchair. The entrance slope is not confirming to the standard and also the restaurant is not accessible by wheelchair; of course the staff fetched me the food from the main sitting area.
