I booked the hotel in the hope of getting easy monaverability in my electric wheelchair. The entrance slope is not confirming to the standard and also the restaurant is not accessible by wheelchair; of course the staff fetched me the food from the main sitting area. But my expectation was belied. Rest all ok.

I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it! Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again.

The staff was very hospitable and accommodating, they went out of the way to ensure my comfort. the rooms are beautiful. The food and was great too.

Average Stay
The hotel serves Japanese food, which I thought was a good place. The miso soup was delicious. The chicken was good, but it would have been even better if they had fish. The fruit was also fresh and nice. The hotel facilities are not new, and the sofas in particular felt dirty. These covers could use updating. It would be a good idea to keep toothbrushes in the bathroom. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers were very small and difficult to use. It felt very poor. It would be better to install a permanent device that dispenses a lot of liquid.

food is great, rooms r old. they don't allot new rooms for all.
they have 2 types of rooms. new ones which are fresh and old ones, not so clean. they allowed old room which had cockroaches in bathroom, AC had an issue with adjusting temperature. but i must appreciate food for its taste and buffet breakfast was managed very well. there was wide variety of fruit drinks and other dishes tasted good. bath tub was a plus, but bathroom is very small and needs more management. cockroach not acceptable for a star hotel.

Best Value for Money Stay in Banglore
Have stayed here twice, got a room for 3.5 to 4k each time. the location of this is excellent, cubbon park, bus depo, metro and mg road all are within a km radius. can walk to all these. The rooms are excellent, staff is courteous and for 4k, this is the best possible choice youll get for a 4 star stay. It doesnt have a pool but thats not a concern for me, apart from that the food is good and decent, nothing too fancy but nothing to complain about. Its also the preferred stay for Japanese, so everything in the hotel has a Japanese translation, and if the Japanese like then then I like it. They give you bang for your buck in terms of sevice, location and food. A good choice to stay.. only thing that can be improved is by providing a welcome drink or something. and some offers for regular customers which they didnt provide to m e

Poor Stay
It was not satisfactory at all. The rooms are old. Breakfast menu is poor. Bathroom shower Is always a pain. Bath towels provided with stain.
