I had a fantastic two-night stay at the Ibis. The room was spotlessly clean, and the famous Sweet Bed lived up to its reputation—I slept like a log both nights! Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. It's great value for money and perfectly located for getting around. Highly recommend for a short, hassle-free trip!

Rooms were well lit, properly cleaned and quite spacious. My room also had a scenic view from the window. From a safety point of view I'll rate the hotel 10/10, the elevators are activated only by using your room card key. CCTV cameras are there in the lobby and a locker is provided in the room cupboard.

Excellent Stay
Ibis Bengaluru City Centre is a pocket-friendly hotel. The location is great. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. And most notably the breakfast was too good. The items like fresh fruits, Dhosha, and the freshly cooked masala omelette all are mouthwatering. In essence, I enjoyed my one night stay at the hotel very much.

They just don’t care Guests
This hotel has inherent Customer orientation issues. I was provided with a room whose TV wasn’t working during my entire stay of 2 days. Staffs don’t care guests satisfaction. Toilet flush one button wasn’t working. Rooms ready without providing Towel. Today morning requested a packaged breakfast with 2 eggs they only provided a fruit bowl and medium sandwich. No eggs in it. No juice or even coffee. No paper napkins or fork provided to have the fruits. Water any way they dont have . They are so environmentally conscious hesitant to provide packaged water. In restaurants you ask for some order during breakfast. The staffs deliver it after at least 2 requests. They just don’t care

The location is great, the rooms are actually small. We faced an issue where the ac was not cooling properly and the maintenance guy had to be called through the reception. Food was good.

IBIS CITY CENTRE
The check-in was a painful process. They cound find my booking. Took them close to 1/2 hour to sort out. No water or beverages offered during the wait. The rooms were neat and very basis. No place to even store your luggage. But they had a safe and a mini fridge, which was convenient. Breakfast was also very limited. No too much of a spread. Overall, a very conveniently located property in the city center. I would recomment you to stay here.

The food is very good. The House keeping cam be a bit better. Despite two reminders the House keeping did not provide Shaving kit. The location is just perfect for any one visiting Bangalore

Stay for Bengaluru Marathon 2025
I stayed for 3 days at this property. if you are coming for Bengaluru Marathon it's just opposite the venue Krantiveera Stadium. It's in very posh area of Bengaluru with lots of greenery. The food was nice. Rooms were clean. staff is very polite. Overall it's very good deal in such price in the City Centre of Bengaluru.

Excellent Stay
The food was good and the amenities were available. The stay was comfortable for both short and long term. The only suggestion I have is to include a swimming pool — that would make the hotel experience even better overall.

Didn't get the room booked/ overall decent room and other serveu
We didn't get the room for which we had booked. They had given our room to some other guest and the only upgrade which was offered was a 25% discount at their restaurant (same restaurant had 50% off on Zomato) so basically no exclusive benefits. Rooms were compact and clean. Rest other services and breakfast was also nice.

The rooms as way small and not kids friendly and the staff are not responding quickly for any issues raised say for hot water in morning it took 2 hours. So I won’t recommend this for family and office goers too
