Poor customer service
Poor service and staff behaviour at the front desk was rude. They didn’t provide room on time. I waited for 2 hours. Although they had premium rooms, I was denied upgrade as I had a free upgrade. Restaurant staff was very nice. I think the manager should train the front desk people to be polite and respect upgrade policies.

Excellent Stay
Hotel is relatively new, location is very prime, less than 100 MTRS from ORR Mahadevpura Bagamane. Staffs are courteous and helpful. Food was value for money. Parking available.

Excellent stay
We stayed here for 4 day. Location is very near Google Ananta at Mahadevapura, Bangalore. It is also very near Nvidia and Bagmane World Technology Centre and Bagmane constellation Business park. Property is new and is all good. Only gripe I had is terrible stench from the bathroom. Team couldn’t fix the issue after complaints. All they could do is putting Naphthalene balls which itself has a strong odour. It was not pleasant experience.

Best Hotel in Mahadevapura
Have stayed here twice and enjoyed my stay each time. Staff is prompt and helpful. Property is new and clean. This is easily the best 3 star hotel in Mahadevpura, followed by Olive. They have a practical, usable work desk in the room (in both Premium and Executive) The mini fridge is so handy for long stays. Water pressure is excellent. Will be coming back again. My only gripe is that there can be stray dogs lingering outside the property (there is security outside though which is some consolation)

The property is located in a very good place. Very close to the ORR and opposite to Bagmane tech park. It was walkable distance for me from office. Overall service was good and timely. There was limited food option available in the restaurant but the quality was still good. Room was neat and clean.Highly recommend plac

wonderful stay in executive room
I had a very pleasant experience during my stay in the Executive Room. The service was excellent—staff were incredibly nice, polite, and very responsive to any requests.
