Good Stay
I recently stayed at this resort and overall had a pleasant experience. The location was quite convenient and easy to access, which is a big advantage. However, it is surrounded by other buildings, so it did not fully give the peaceful “out of the city” escape that I was hoping for. It felt more like staying in a developed area rather than a true nature retreat. That said, the outdoor facilities were excellent. The swimming pool was very well maintained and the temperature-controlled water made it perfect for younger kids to enjoy comfortably. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay and added great value. The complimentary breakfast was another strong point. There was a wide spread of varieties to choose from, and everything was fresh and tasty. It was a great way to start the day. However, the dinner service has room for improvement. The taste and preparation of the dishes could be better to match the overall quality of the resort. Room service was prompt and efficient, and the staff were friendly and polite throughout our stay. Their cordial behaviour made us feel welcome. With a few improvements in the dining experience and more privacy in the surroundings, this resort could be even better.

Excellent Stay
It was a memorable stay especially for the kids. The resort has well maintained sports activities which is incredible. While in most facilities it is provided as a formality here it really makes difference. It gives you a real feel of nature with greenery around makes you feel relaxed.

The resort is over priced and too noisy since the visiting crowd is not so professional, if you want a decent and cozy stay , this is not the place , I would rate the breakfast 2 out of 10 , staff is cooperative and I was allowed to do early checkin as well , but the price I paid is not worth the stay , it’s almost more than double the price for a suite The resort is over priced , too noisy inside and very limited breakfast options

Swimming pool denied unless complete costume and head gear is there.
Access to pool was denied without the swimming costume citing that it’s also a club. They were also selling costumes and hair cap at quite high prices. I particularly booked it for the pool by paying extremely high 7000+ for one night. If you are running a club then do the mention pool as one of the amenities as people carry their swimming costumes going to a resort. Rooms were average. TV as very small and old. Only indoor and outdoor games was a positive thing. Overall a disappointing experience. Wouldn’t recommend for people who want to just chill without any overheads.

So the room was spacious with good amenities. The toiletry kit was Biotique which was great, spacious property in general & I had a proper balcony with my room. Food was good with decent spread in the buffet & would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet getaway with good amenities.
