Balanced feedback on stay at Starlit Suites

Starlit Suites offers rooms designed like studio apartments, which are thoughtfully laid out. At the entrance, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen platform with a refrigerator, microwave oven, and chimney. The living area includes a sofa and TV cabinet, and the innovative feature of being able to tilt the TV to face either the sofa or the bed adds great convenience. The staff’s hospitality was warm and welcoming, making the stay comfortable. There are, however, a few opportunities for improvement. The hot water flow in the toilet and bathroom was irregular, which could be addressed for better guest comfort. While the food quality was good, attention to the utensils used for serving would enhance the dining experience. For example, the Manchow soup was not served hot as the lid of the container did not fit properly. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and with small refinements in facilities and serving arrangements, the experience could be elevated further.

Location is good as it is situated a little away from the tech parks in a quiet well maintained area. However, the amenities at the Starlit Suites were disappointing. No wifi (some issue due to construction nearby), staff did not inform us about the complimentary tea and snacks, gym was not functional (just a small room with broken mirrors and a couple of non-working equipment). We also had to repeatedly ask them about the Food and beverages discount which was shown but not applied on our room service bills. Infact they had no idea about it and had to take permissions from their manager. Room service was slightly expensive but food tasted good.
