The room I booked wasn't available and I wasn't pre informed about it, if I wanted to stay in single beds i wouldn't pay extra for queen bed and on top of that they didn't have hot water

However, as no specific bed preference was mentioned at the time of booking, and we were fully booked on that particular day, we unfortunately had no availability of a king-size bed. Excellent Stay
Awesome experience - hotel having roof top bar and restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, room is a big plus decent size, great layout and ambience.

Hotel was great, room was clean, bed was comfortable. I found the restaurant a bit pricey and not exactly the best food you can get anywhere else.

I was not given the room, for which i has paid. Hotel not to be trusted in terms of booking or commitment. Very bad experience.

not a great experience
The receptionist asked me & my colleague to share one room in spite of 2 separate bookings. This was really unacceptable. We had to take it up strongly & then finally got 2 rooms. At the breakfast, even a cup of tea was taking 15-20 mins, same with cut fruits, dosas anything. They were highly understaffed & even said that they were working with only one chef. Needs significant improvement. Size of room & breakfast spread were however good along with the location advantage of the Hotel.

Excellent Stay
We stayed there for a day enroute to Shimoga. The stay was very comfortable and the room was very spacious. Since we were 3 adults they were courteous to offer a bigger room at same price. The room and bathroom were speck and spark. Usually I see hotels where the bed is either very soft or very very hard which hurts the back. But in Leroy the bed is very comfortable and good to get sound sleep. Overall it’s good experience. One drawback - breakfast is not part of the package.

Good stay. But refund was not provided for the canceled 2nd day stay
Stay was good. I booked the hotel for 2 days, unfortunately i had to vacate the hotel room at the end of 1st day due to emergency, i requested hotel authorities and makemytrip to refund the 2nd day accomodation tarrif, but so far no action taken by both the authorities. It is really a bad experience with both these auhotrities, i spoke to them lot of times, but nobody took any action. And this will be my last time to engage makemytrip and leroy grand. Bye

Our team did attempt to reach you multiple times after checkout to clarify your concerns, but unfortunately, you blocked all our hotel numbers. Regarding the food bill, we understand that you requested a waiver of ₹500 from your total bill of ₹786. As per the package inclusions, a ₹500 discount is applicable only when the food bill exceeds ₹2,500 in a single invoice, which was explained to you at the time. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding this. Additionally, there was a broken item in the room (a bottle), which carries a replacement cost of ₹850. As this item was damaged during your stay, we kindly requested compensation for the same. The total outstanding balance upon checkout was ₹1,789, which, unfortunately, remained unpaid. We are always committed to providing respectful and courteous service, and we’re truly sorry if you felt otherwise. terrible experience. worst staff. AVOID THIS HOTEL.
They forced me to pay for a notepad, claiming I had taken it—something I never even touched! Instead of handling the situation professionally, the staff was rude, unapologetic, and adamant about charging me for something I didn’t take. This is nothing but a cheap money-making tactic, and it left a terrible impression.
