It was nice stay, nice hospatality . Food was tasty and enjoyed a lot. Need to mention the welcome teat of cake and sweet chocklate in the too.

It is not a value for money. All the faucets and bathroom doors are old and not ok. Shower is also not working perfectly.

I absolutely loved my stay at Ferns Residency. The room was beautiful and clean. Very pleasant on the eyes after a long day. 🙂 The staff was very polite, prompt and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would choose it again.

Hotel was not upto the expectations of Fern hotels, rooms were quite small and not maintened. There were also noise at our floor so we couldn't sleep properly. Food was also ok kind. Overall not satisfied with my stay.

I was on business trip to Bangalore Rooms was very big, clean and with city view. Food was excellent. Staf was very polite and respectful.

room was ok but smelling, food was tasteless especially dinner, Breakfast was good. Service is too slow. Even Dosa was served cold.. which was ready inside ... Location is great

AFern-tastic stay.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. Food at the restaurant is delicious and has good options. The location is also a huge plus- close to airport, major attractions and public transport as well. Special thanks to the housekeeping team for the daily dose of sweet treats at the EOD. Area for improvement: The aesthetics of the bathrooms.
