Very bad rooms. Unclean linen. Unreplenished toiletries, towels. Bad cooling. Below average food and extremely poor breakfast.

JusTa the Excellant
JusTa mg road Bangalore is a very good hotel. It is at the heart of the city. It is neat and clean. Staff viz., Raju, Sankar, Sunder mostly all are polite but smart. Above all the room service is wonderful. Provide food and other services without any delay. Quality of food wonderful. I had booked a delux room and it was good. All accessories like AC, water kettle, toiletries all were good functional. I rate this hotel an excellent one and gives value for money.

Not worth the price, the roombis very small. Air conditioning is not up to the mark. Parking is not available.

Not a good experience..
Room Flooring was not proper. There were no proper toiletries provided. And also special mention about the breakfast which was not good at all. Nothing was good. This was my second stay but it was a bad experience this time. Coffee machine was not working. We had to wait for 10-15min only for coffee. Overall i just rate 2 out of 5.

Terrible Stay
First of all there was no welcome drink provided on arrival. One room was stinking and ACs were not chilling. The staffs could not help in this matter and we were left with no other choice other than staying in the same rooms for a night. This was not enough of torture we had no hot water in tap in morning. they provided hot water buckets instead In all we had a worst stay in Justa MG Road. Would not recommend this Hotel at all. Please avoid staying here people.

People very courteous. they understand the meaning of providing customer delight. rooms and washrooms well maintained and clean. all services done within minutes of call. we will like to come back here again n again. proximity to trinity metro, mg road.

justa mg road is located at one of the prime location next to trinity metro making easier for business and work related reachability. it have all the necessary amenities and food service which one need in short stays in city center. service is good with staff like shankar and Ajay at conceirge whi assist from checking in to checkout and breakfast available before one start their day.

Room is Pretty Small for a Justa and the Management is Unhelpful. They do not check Room Before Giving and will give you a room, AC not working, Full of Mosquitos and Generally with Stained Bedsheets. To Even Check In You have to Wait 30mins becoz Front desk is Unattended and then they Forcefully Charge you service charge saying Management Rules. Stay here only if you want to be cheated

JUSTA ONE TIME STAY!
I was travelling with my wife and kids so i booked a suite. However in the suite, the TV was not working. We were shifted to a different suite in which there was no hot water supply. The hotel staff would bring hot water in buckets in the morning for taking bath. The breakfast spread was very limited. The only thing that made the stay bearable was prompt service by the staff. There are other properties including star properties (Park etc) on MG Road, offering equal/ better rates. I would suggest going for those instead.
