room looks good but facilities are poor. AC doesn't work. properly, no proper response on escalation of the same.

It was such a good experience. We had a quality of food. Also, that and enjoyment for working.

we booked the premium suite with city view looking at the view it displayed on mmt BUT it was very disappointing that we were not given the same room without any view and felt cheated. There was no parking also and had to park vehicle on the street across. The room service was not responding at all there was no staff to attend. did not provide dental kits. felt suffocated in the room.

No timely response, no timely room cleaning, room cleaning buttons are not working, No iron services, you must iron your clothes if want, Receptionist: Can be better. No proper manpower. Too much delay in evening. Received towels post 3 hours, post 2nd reminder. No foot wear.

Room was spacious.average cleaning.but I did not like the service.middle of the stay no hot water supply.it resumed after so much calls and reminders. You can’t order lunch or dinner.the reason they gave was that they had some company party so they closed the kitchen at 8pm.No lunch also.many time the room key card stopped working

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and the manager went above and beyond, always answering our calls and questions politely, no matter the time. After searching all over Koramangala, we can confidently say that SRS SUITE is the absolute best in terms of quality and service. Its location was perfect for our wedding guests, situated conveniently near our venue, Mangala Kalyana Mantapa. We truly appreciate that they allowed us to block the rooms despite their corporate commitments. The peaceful ambiance made it an ideal choice, and we wholeheartedly recommend SRS SUITE to anyone planning a large gathering or looking for a pleasant stay.

Location is good, ambience is good, parking is not available.

I was very disappointed with the hotel I stayed in. The facilities were below expectations, and the cleanliness of the room was extremely poor. The entire room was covered in dust, making my stay uncomfortable and frustrating. Cleaning was worst & dust everywhere.

Its in a prine location and a peaceful place ! The ambience was good and staff were polite and hospitality was very good and u must try panner pakoda
