while the room was clean the wifi just didn't work. wouldn’t recommend for work purposes. even network is pretty weak.

It was great and cozy, can chill with friends and family The ambience of the stay was great. Mainly the check-in and check out was smooth. The amenities were great for a family. The place is hygiene as well.

When we arrived, the door lock was broken, and it was never fixed. So, every time to close or open, it took almost 5 to 10 minutes. The toilet water was leaking, so they kept the pipe closed, so we had to open the pipe, which is under the closet every time we use WC, and we have to close it afterwards. There were many cockroaches in the kitchen that felt like not so hygienic. Apart from that, everything was good. The building picture on the website is not even closer to the actual place. We were misled. I understand it's an apartment, not a hotel, but it was not as we expected after seeing a good rating on the website. Customer service was very good also the lady in Housekeeping was very helpful when we arrived

The stay was very comfortable save and except some issues relating to the services we already mentioned in whatsapp. I even tried to extend my stay which was firstly available but later on it is found that the same is not existing. Anyways, please see if something may be improved depending on my comments. Thanks. Regards

Amenities were top-notch—everything from clean, well-maintained rooms to common areas perfect for relaxing. The service was exceptional too. The staff were friendly, always ready to help, and genuinely cared about making the stay comfortable.

businessA compact and very well appointed apartment. The interiors are amazing and the utilities are top notch. I just loved the decor. Quite clean and well maintained with daily cleaning. Everything was in working order. However there is a smell in the common bathroom which is due to inadequate outlets for sewage gases.
