Good location near to Bagmene Tech Park. Rooms and service are good.

The bed wasn't comfortable - it was noisy and saggy in the middle. We weren't comfortable, and it was our honeymoon; we had expected a nice balcony view, but the elevated balcony prevented us from seeing anything outside. The food was poor, and contrary to our expectation of a buffet, they had a limited menu. The room was small and congested, with poor quality bedsheets and blankets. Additionally, there was a lot of noise outside at night, making it even less enjoyable. Overall, the experience wasn't worth.

The room was pretty small. The bed sheets and pillows were not clean. The mattress was very hard to sleep on. No room cleaning. Toiletries bottles were empty. Walls are probably very thin and it was very difficult to have a sound sleep with all the noise in the hotel past midnight. Good for an emergency stay near bagmane techoark as it is just 10mins walkable distance

This cozy property is located in a quiet neighbourhood, right in the middle of the bustling Indiranagar locality of Bengali. They serve complementary breakfast only, but if a guet orders from any food delivery app, the hotel staff will deliver it to the room. I had an overall satisfactory experience. However I would like to advise the management to pay attention to overall hygiene in the rooms and bathrooms.

The UPAR Hotel is located at a serene, peaceful locality in the heart of the city. The staff are friendly and helpful. They only serve complementary breakfast, in which, they have only two options. However the management needs to pay more attention to the general hygiene of the property.

TV is there for just sake of show. No channel subscribed and even I ask for one channel to subscribe for cricket match, but no result and ended up by watching match in my mobile. Bed sheets are not clean and beds are not even.

I wouldn't really recommend this place as the rooms are okay. The sheets and pillow covers are washed but stained and the bathroom taps and bucket/mug are very very dirty.. At this price it's quite worth it but these all things are the cons of it. If you're looking to book then book without breakfast because it's not worth it. The manager Satish was very sweet and helpful in whatever I need to be assisted with.

one of my worst experience. breakfast is like joke. no water in hotel amenities. balcony is covered just beside the wall. room quality is very poor. staff is totally uncooperative and ask money for everything.

it was an average experience. I stayed there for 5 days but they did not even offer to clean the floor or change the towel or the bedsheet. The only best thing about the room was that it has a balcony. Bathroom has some leakages but over all it was clean

I'm very happy with the location, food and services that were provided at UPAR stay. The receptionist is incredibly friendly and even arranged our accommodation an hour earlier than check-in time. The rooms are tidy and the best service can be expected if you are staying at the venue. We really enjoyed having our own balcony! The location is conveniently placed.

It's actually a great hotel and it provided me the privacy that I wanted to work. I stayed here for work reasons of course and I also extended my stay because I liked it a lot and personally I would give it like 10 out of like five stars or whatever, like 10 stars, it's really nice.
