No food ( breakfast) even paid in advance , too many cockroaches , hot water not available

Plenty of cockroach around the room even in bed. Management should look into it

Very accessible and nearby metro station. All basic amenities were available. Washroom, sheets were clean and room was spacious and sober.

The light went out, Everything stopped working, A/C is good for nothing and there’s cockroaches. We could constantly hear the traffic and the washroom was terrible.

Ac was not working, bathroom drainage was clogged due to that water spill outside the washroom till bed, also cockroach were there bed bugs

The room was full of cockroaches, it was difficult to sleep the whole night due to cockroaches.

Apart from issues like small cockroaches in the room (though they tried their best to maintain room hygiene, the team led by arjun & sujit delivered an amazing hospitality. Wish they would try to find the root cause & eliminate the issue on priority, enabling the facility to do amazing. Thank you !

The property does not look like the photos posted. They don't even have basic amenities like kettle, mugs, water purifiers, all you can get is water, that too payable. The rooms are old and ugly, the linens were yellow, furniture is broken, with bugs flying around. I was greeted by a cockroach as soon as i entered my room. One will feel very uncomfortable staying here. They put twin beds together for double beds, which is highly inconvenient.

Peaceful atmosphere with clean rooms. Cozy and friendly service. Good for relaxing.

Great place to stay all people are good in nature and cooperative also, had a nice vacation.

I was given a room full of cockroaches. Later when i complained, they changed my room. But rooms are not neat as shown in pic

Good hospitality and very friendly staff. Recommended for couples and family. In my stay i dont have any negatives from the hotel or staff. I suggest this stay for everyone
