Food was very tasty, location, hygiene and cleanliness was great but building is older and bathroom facility was not upto the mark. Need to be upgrade.

It's a very conveniently located property. We booked a service apartment for 4 nights. Rooms were big and we'll cleaned. Best part is the food at the restaurant is very tasty and hygienic. Staff were quite friendly and helpful.

Big Hall and rooms but no smart tv and air circulation is bad as windows were permanently locked. Location and food is wonderful

This place is now very, very old, not just infrastructure but their mentality, their behavior.. everything is super sad.. Nobody should stay here. They don't allow outside visitors. They have no place to sit except one stupid restaurant. Poor food, Poor Room Services, poor hospitality, poor infrastructure,

Courteous staff, good ambience, nice food. Easy and fast checkin. Nice restaurant/bar. Hygenic rooms.

The location is great and so is the service. The staffs are polite and attentive. I travelled with my old mom and the manager named Mr. Shantanu took good care of us.

this property is completely full of mismanagement. bad restaurant service, bad staff behaviour.. asking extra money plus taxes for no reason. food is expensive while the taste is bad. room service is the worst. ambience is bad.. putting rules over their own mistakes. very bad. no one should stay here.

it's rich and good. The only thing is hot water with more delay also needs some tap option than only bathtub

Location and facility was good but I would suggest to have a bath area rather than bath tub which is something I felt , but overall a good place

Good food, good staff on duty especially in the dining hall, spacious rooms and a lovely ambience, extremely convenient if you are in Koramangala However, the place requires an upgradation of infrastructure: hot water is only lukewarm, tap on wash basin sprays water all over you, AC is more hot than cool, dirt in the pool is very un-welcoming.
