This place is now very, very old, not just infrastructure but their mentality, their behavior.. everything is super sad.. Nobody should stay here. They don't allow outside visitors. They have no place to sit except one stupid restaurant. Poor food, Poor Room Services, poor hospitality, poor infrastructure,

Big size room clean and hygiene, staff behaviour also good, I visiting this hotel since 10 years, one think it should be change of bathroom emenites

Courteous staff, good ambience, nice food. Easy and fast checkin. Nice restaurant/bar. Hygenic rooms.

The location is great and so is the service. The staffs are polite and attentive. I travelled with my old mom and the manager named Mr. Shantanu took good care of us.

I recently stayed at Halcyon Hotel Residency, Bangalore, and had an excellent experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests. The location is convenient and peaceful, making it perfect for both business and leisure stays. Overall, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangalore! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Staff made us feel uncomfortable at the time of check in. Rest all fine. Room was fine..................

this property is completely full of mismanagement. bad restaurant service, bad staff behaviour.. asking extra money plus taxes for no reason. food is expensive while the taste is bad. room service is the worst. ambience is bad.. putting rules over their own mistakes. very bad. no one should stay here.

it's rich and good. The only thing is hot water with more delay also needs some tap option than only bathtub

Location and facility was good but I would suggest to have a bath area rather than bath tub which is something I felt , but overall a good place

Good food, good staff on duty especially in the dining hall, spacious rooms and a lovely ambience, extremely convenient if you are in Koramangala However, the place requires an upgradation of infrastructure: hot water is only lukewarm, tap on wash basin sprays water all over you, AC is more hot than cool, dirt in the pool is very un-welcoming.

Halcyon is located close enough to most places one would want to go to have some fun over the weekend. To add to that, for it's price, the rooms are exceptional, in looks, functionality, and cleanliness. While they could have done better with an extra power socket or two, this was just a minor hitch. Additionally, the food at the establishment is also something that will keep you full for most of the day. I'd recommend this to anyone planning on staying in Koramangla

The rooms are not upto the mark as compared to their price. The pool was also not clean. The vibe in general was not great

Front office Staff are horrible to talk to & are big Pathological liars. Air conditioning doesn’t work

Overall, it was decently good and I appreciate the hospitality extended by the staffs and manager who was obliging and allowed me to check in early on request.

Things I didn’t like: Mosquitoes everywhere; Very old hotel not maintained at all; Very average stay; Good things about the hotel: The food was good, good breakfast.

Wonderful Experience! My stay at Halcyon was excellent! The room was clean and cozy, the ambience was awesome,the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend for anyone visiting [Banalore/Koramangala]. Will definitely return! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
