THE HOTEL IS SOO BADD. FIRST, WE BOOKED A ROOM FOR 5 PEOPLE BUT EVEN 3 PEOPLE TOO CONJUSTED. THEN THE ROOM FULL OF SMELLING CIGARETTES.

I had a stay at Le Sara Regent recently. The rooms were nice, clean, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was excellent and the staff doing the cleaning were polite and efficient. During checkout, the reception staff’s behavior was extremely rude. He spoke harshly and told us to “check out fast and take the luggage out,” which left a very bad impression. Overall, good stay and housekeeping, but the front desk staff need serious improvement in professionalism and attitude.

Room pillow was not clean. The staff at the reception wanted the ID cards of all the guests and it caused a little in convenience. Both of the rooms had 2 single beds rather than a king sized bed.

Check in was chaotic... Poor lighting in the room. Wifi not upto the mark Room is very congested Dont order food from the hotel. Water bottle costs Rs 47. Dont eat the snacks given. You can buy better ones at cheap rate outside. Location good. Clean room, towels, bedsheets. So if you are looking for a good, spacious room with basic amenities, I would strongly suggest, this hotel is not for you.

Overall for the price point you will get better options nearny,I booked this for the location, if you can stay slightly away there are far better options than this
