Octave Studio Hotel

Very bad rooms, saw cockroaches. Bed sheet was not washed as there where stains . And then i had to ask for a new room and that was also not better

This Hotel is MMT Value stays verified and guess what MMT didn't give . this hotel was not having anything said in the description. they didn't have TV nor Clean toilets and food is not available. overall shady vibe and MMT didn't help at all in this. so, yes don't go to the hotel

i have checkin around 6:00 pm by that time all rooms were full so they gave me room in ground floor and that ground floor was with full of cigrate smell, curtains were not covered windows fully

Rooms weren't clean, washroom could be maintained better. wouldn't suggest staying here. Very dull rooms.

The stay was nice. Checkin & checkout was smooth. The staff is also very friendly & polite, so one can expect hassle-free stay here. Also, the stay is near the prime location Koramangla, which makes it even better choice.

Stayed at Octave for a short trip. Overall, it was an average experience, neither bad nor outstanding. The location was convenient and easy to find. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was polite, though not very proactive. The room was clean, but the maintenance could be better—some fixtures were worn out and the linen felt a bit old. AC and Wi-Fi worked fine, which was a plus. Bathroom was okay, but the water pressure was low at times. Breakfast was basic but decent, nothing fancy. Don’t expect room service to be quick—there were delays even for simple requests. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option with basic amenities and aren’t too picky, this place does the job. But if you’re expecting anything more, you might want to look elsewhere.
