Poor Stay
There were no towels & brushes & paste provided by the hotel. When i asked for a brush, they charged me 40 rupees extra and gave me the cheapest brush with low quality. The bathroom faucets were not working. The wastes across the floors are kept nearby to the water dispenser. Horrible experience with such a well known hotel chain.

Terrible Stay
The rooms were very bad— the AC wasn’t working, and basic amenities like towels and water were not available. The toilets were horrible, and there was no water in the toilets in the morning.

totally fucked up
No water, No Ac , No electricity for full night please don't ever book this hotel no one was there in reception

Poor Stay
Taps in the bathroom are not working properly, rooms are also not very clean. Also the staff behaviour was not serious about the issues that I reported, they didn't pay attention to my concerns. Overall it was a below average stay.

bad experience
Very bad rooms, saw cockroaches. Bed sheet was not washed as there where stains . And then i had to ask for a new room and that was also not better

- Rome was not provided with water, and the door handles were broken, and cockroaches were found, and the restroom was not clean enough, and the towels were not present during check In

It's all Fake description and fake MMT value sta
This Hotel is MMT Value stays verified and guess what MMT didn't give . this hotel was not having anything said in the description. they didn't have TV nor Clean toilets and food is not available. overall shady vibe and MMT didn't help at all in this. so, yes don't go to the hotel

i have checkin around 6:00 pm by that time all rooms were full so they gave me room in ground floor and that ground floor was with full of cigrate smell, curtains were not covered windows fully

the stay was disgusting as I found insects including cockroaches on my bed mattress and blanket. Not staying next time
Rooms weren't clean, washroom could be maintained better. wouldn't suggest staying here. Very dull rooms.

Good Stay
The stay was nice. Checkin & checkout was smooth. The staff is also very friendly & polite, so one can expect hassle-free stay here. Also, the stay is near the prime location Koramangla, which makes it even better choice.

It was a more home friendly hotel . So it was good
