Poor property
No parking facility. Toiletries were not provided. Bedsheets were found torn. AC was not working. Nothing was good about the stay there.

Good location, but rest of the thing has to improv
I booked 3 nights of stay. However, when I reached there, they gave me a temporary room and told I had to shift to an economy room; not good experience, but manageable. Now, when I entered the room, I saw 2 baby cockroaches crawling on the bed. Bathroom was ok, rest of the room was good. The second day, I shifted to another room as told earlier, now there the fun begins. The room was suffocating and with heavy cigarette smoke smell and the odor was profound in the 1st night, and can be felt in the 2nd night as well; bathroom flush was not working, fixed on the next day. Staffs were ok. Please maintain cleanliness and functionality of basic amnesties. Good part is the hotel is close to the bus stops, food outlets , so accessibility is really good. Having said that, Silver Key should improve on the small points I mentioned earlier.

I switched to MMT after having horrible experiences through OYO. I found ease of booking and nice hotel options as stated on website.

Terrible Treebo
There was no toiletries provided and the remote is not working and the room ambience is not good. There is pathetic breakfast. Literally one item and one boiled egg bread and butter, food is not up to the mark, room are stinky. We need to wait so much time for hot water to come.

Accessories not working
Bathroom accessories not working, informed right after check in but not resolved till check out. Even guest was not allowed in a room and a reception area is smaller, you getting trouble if your guests arrive while someone are already seated. Only 4 person sitting.
