Worst place and very untidy stinking

Very nice hotel and clean rooms tv was not working they took the action very fast and also they changed the room as weel

My experience at the Grand Seasons Hotel was one of the worst I’ve ever had. From check-in to check-out, everything seemed poorly managed. The staff were indifferent and unhelpful — any request, no matter how small, took forever to get a response. Basic courtesy and professionalism were completely missing.

The property was good, clean and well maintained but the staffs are not soo professional. Very poor communication.

Initially gave broken toilet seat room. Changed the room after exhaustive persuasion.

AC not working condition , no ventilation , no proper service very dirty bed and washroom . Waste of money

the staff is polite and the rooms are clean and very tidy. The breakfast menu of the hotel is quiet exquisite as well

I stayed here over a week and it was a pleasant stay! The reception people are very polite and professional.

Terrible experience..none of the amenities work inside the room( Fan, hot water, AC)..and supporting staff in the front desk very poor response. overall very bad experience..I would not recommend

Warm welcome, awesome room, friendly ambiance, courteous staff and team, very helpful. You’ll feel at home and sleep like a baby.... facility located bang on the main road without any traffic issues ... you’ll like it

worst experience, ppl were not cooperating in reception, bathroom flush was not working. talking with full attitude as if we are staying free of cost. never recommended.

It’s a good budget hotel for the business peoples for a night stay and the hotel is access to many places and the staff and front office people were good. Although t it’s a budget hotel, it’s worth for the price and clean and nice as well. I would recommend for a business trip as this is cost effective.

Good food and facilities. But need to improve the house keeping. Overall good property. Location as well
