Room was ok moderate customer service room cleaning was not proper during Stay

The smell was coming. They didn't wash the bed sheets. No complimentary soap and shampoo. Overall stay average. benifits are it is near to railway station and restaurant. Lift was working. out of 5 Rating will be 3

I had travelled to banglore due toe exam reasons and nisarga grand inn was at a convenient travel distance from my destination and the train station including metro. The was sufficient for a solo traveller. the lack of hot water was annoying but nothing too severe.

The staff was really helpful and allowed early checkin. Good budget friendly stay. Really suggest for someone who is looking for a budget friendly stay. With this price range near kr puram railway station stay is beneficial.

It's a typical overnight stay kinda hotel for budget travelers. The location is good, right beside K R Pura railway and metro station. Rooms are tiny. Bed sheet and pillow covers have questionable cleanliness. Weird thing is they take your picture during check in. In today's day and age of AI, that is a highly questionable practice and can lead to serious privacy concerns. Hello everyone, read my feedback please the hotel is medium range of expensive and bed sheet and pillow cover also not washed then hotel management say for check in time 04-00 am you check out 04-00 am not to check you are extra amount pay Finally the hotel not for comfortable the couple🙏🏽

You gye what you pay for, small room good enough to stay the night and we'll behaved and helpful hotel staff. Checkin and checkout were smooth and room was clean with adequate minimal facilities. No issues with respect to water and electricity availability.

Bed rooms, bathrooms are cleaned but still we see lot of cockroachs in room. Staff is punctual.

Excellent accomodation and comfort

Less air. Avarage. Water not coming. Every-time need to go to reception for asking water. They won't respond properly.

it's quite good but reception team is a bit slow for the process . cleanliness is good but it's not excellent.

Washroom good room is good

There is no wifi and it's small room and very congested and there are many hotels where they will provide good room with wifi for the same price

Location is great just few mins walk from the kr put a railway and metro stations. Stayed in non ac room, one room was horrible with cockroaches running over the bed. 2nd room was okay, but maintenance is poor. Bedsheets are giving stinky smell, cockroaches in bathroom, flush was not working properly. But for me it is okay as it was just one night stay as a solo traveler. For family i will consider ac room as that is far better.

The staff behaviour was very poor

Room was not at all clean. No room service was provided. Food was not served and the location doesn't have any good restaurants. No way to recommend as a place for family.

Room and bathroom is good. But the bed looks little dirty; got bug bites when slept. The employees at the reception are not customer friendly at all. Lacked communication skills.
