very beautiful place with excellent service and food also very good . It offers a very tranquil environment with lots of greenery with rocky hilltop backdrop. Hospitality was very praiseworthy and worth mentioning.

The location is amazing but everything else not so much. The bad: The resort is kind of understaffed and under trained. The infrastructure is falling, and not cleanly maintained. When we arrived the toilet was all wet and used soap and cover was still in place. And no towels either, after requesting it several times they gave some bare bones and completely new towels that would hardly absorb any water at all. The food was very bad, the buffet spread for breakfast is always same — idly, lemon rice and eggs that's it. And rice and dal two starters for lunch with extra curry and chapati for dinner. The wifi barely reached our rooms, not a grid wifi, just a central one located in restaurant serving entire acres or two. We were also supposed to get an extra bed that never arrived for entire duration. Management has no system for requests and all they tend to forget stuff you have already ordered. Shower doesn't have hot water only the tap that becomes cold after 2 jugs. The good: location is amazing with it's own semi private hill to trek on with monolithic rock. And resort got nice ambience and space. Also has a lot of sports and game equipment for you to play with but not that well maintained. Got a good firepit to warm at night and chill.
