Octave Jamayca Hotel

We took 7 rooms for 15 people. Bad smell was coming in all rooms. Bed sheets were not in fresh look. Found small Cockroaches in rooms, even on beds. No Telephones to contact Reception, some times in reception also no one available to attend.

Room was not very properly cleaned. Tv remote. Was not there

Budget friendly if you wanna crash for few days. Friendly staff, strict about visitors though, street parking, I got a room which was on the road side, so traffic noise crept in.. Bedsheets were torn, dusty room

It was a good location .. The room is congested for three pax. No food served in the Hotel. Cockroaches were there..

Location is Very Good... No Food from the Hotel... However, near a Udupi Hotel is solving the food needs.. Cockroaches were found. The hotel is required to control the pests. Water in the bathroom is not draining as the slope is not provided.

bcz there is not fan available and ac aslo not properly work but her service is very very excellent so i am happy for that his talking also in proper way.

I didn't stay there coz room were not good at all it was smelling and staff was so rude.. And there were no such facilities.

One of the worst hotel I have stayed at. No Internet, no tv, no fan and no sound proofing constant sound of Outer Ring Road and hospital next door 😓. If you are a light sleeper so big NO. No taps in the bathroom and shower had a minimal flow

That was a old building not maintained properly Tv is not working Bathroom door was stucked everytime Bed was very old AC is also not working properly Lift also very small

Location is good, no food, wifi slow and room service not prompt enough. Cleanliness also needs to improve.

Stay was good but found a rat in room which troubled! Overall we had an average experience with the facilities

The hotel room is not clean. The toilet hanger is missing, and the lights are not working at all. In one of our rooms, the toilet door was broken, and they had just stuck paper over it.

The room was good and the staff is friendly , I stayed for three days with no issues , prices are average.

Its a Non smoking property, with No fan, no AC, NO Cleanliness, with being on main road no balcony too, SAD PLACE TO STAY AT. they check your food order to make sure you dont have explosives in it or not sure why they check either.. worst experience ever.. if you need a need only a bed to sleep with nothing... then yes, this is it.. nothing else apart from that... Its a Non recomnedable property. You can find strangers entering without you permission and they're all around you even though you dont invite, none other than (Roaches 🤮🤢)

I booked a suite room at Octave Jamaica, Bangalore for a one-day stay, and it turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Despite booking a room meant for three people, we were provided with only one towel. When we asked for additional towels and an extra blanket, our requests were completely ignored. The washroom was in a terrible condition—unclean, and most of the basic amenities were missing. There was no soap, no hand wash, no shampoo, and only one towel. To make matters worse, none of the fittings were functioning properly. The water provided for drinking tasted awful and didn’t feel safe to consume. When we entered the room, it was filled with the smell of cigarettes, and the smell persisted throughout the stay. The lights were not functioning properly, and the ceiling fan was covered in dust, making it risky to even turn it on due to health concerns. The staff behavior was also very disappointing—unresponsive, unhelpful, and indifferent to the problems we reported. Overall, the condition of the suite was nowhere close to what was promised . I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable stay in Bangalore. Not worth the money at all.

The room did not have a mirror, the staff who was sitting in reception was so rude and he dint even gave the room introduction, the bathroom was not that clean and a bulb was not burning, there was some cosmetic item under the cot, the bed lamp was not having the cover The given room was 106
