It was a very good experience to stay. The environment was very peaceful and calm. The staff is very friendly and treats customers well. Family friendly property. And the area is so good and peaceful. Easy to commute. Overall a good experience. The overall experience was very good. . The staff was very friendly and well mannered. I had booked here from 26-27 Jul 2025. The faucet was leaking and water pool in washroom. The hygiene is very poor in wash room and not clean. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

This property is located at a pleasant atmosphere, and it is very nearer to all places in bangalore. Room s are near and the staff are cordial, and the stay is pleasant.

It was good experience here. It located in a convenient place, easily accessible via Metro and there’s a bus stop near by. We mainly wanted a place close by Metro, so this did the purpose. The rooms are kept clean and the property manager Akash is very helpful and friendly. He made sure everything is fine and always there to help out. Overall good stay

The drinking water is chargeable, no morning tea or coffee. need to include this. The location is good.

Only negative is no exhaust fan in bathroom.. all bacteria has to exit through the room. No other problem

Good silent place but following things missing 1. Toiletries not provided 2 require little be clean bed sheet etc

I stayed just for a night. It is a serviced apartment. The room is small but enough for the busy traveler. All amenities are there. The assistants are hard-working and well trained. Some might find the space too less and there aren’t many restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Had a smooth clean excellent service very consistent and friendly. I always stay here every year. The food here is home cooked and tastes excellent

Bed sheets were dirty, not a clean room, metro work disturbing was not able to sleep for 2 days in night

The property is in a beautiful and calm area. However the property itself is not so well maintained. The fittings, mug and bucket all have black fungus. The walls and windows in windows are not in good shape and all have black fungus due to lack of ventilation. The sheets and pillow cases are stained. I do not even know if the y were changed or not. The lighting in the room is quite dull. Could have added a white light for better ambience. Bull all in all, you get what you pay for.

We couldn't stay thanks to make my trip the booking was not there. We had to struggle to get another hotel booking

I would not suggest this hotel for english speaking people as the staff doesn’t understand your requests. We have stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and our room was never serviced once. Trash is overflowing, no fresh water (we had to request at the front desk each time. The location worked for us as we could walk to our friends home from the hotel. Breakfast was included with the room rate and was good. Common areas are well kept but room is a bit worn and could use a bit of paint, but serviceable for our needs. Staff is friendly but unable to speak or understand more than a few words of english. It took 4 requests to get an ironing board and iron. We found if you communicated through whatsapp it was better than verbal requests. This morning (check out day) our driver arrived early and was sleeping until our arranged pick up time in his car. The staff at the hotel woke us up 2 hours early to tell us our driver was here. You can’t beat the price but if you only speak english, maybe find another place.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location in the serene neighborhood of kasturi nagar ensured a tranquil stay. The room and furnishings were more than satisfactory. What truly stood out was the shower, which offered the perfect temperature and ideal water pressure. Mayflower bluebell's affordability was a pleasant surprise, providing excellent value for money. Additionally, the consistently perfect coffee added to the overall comfort of the stay. Mayflower bluebell truly felt like a home away from home, and i couldn't have been more pleased with my experience.

It was a nice stay, well behaved staffs, food was good. Room ventilation should be better, rest of that it's good one
