It was good and pleasant stay

There was no AC in the room and hot water facility is poor. We should keep tap on for atleast 20-30 mins to get hot water.

I have booked Dhruva inn because of it’s location is nearer to Bangalore University. The hotel disappointed me. Rooms are small. No hot water in the bathroom.

Food was average, location good, facility is not maintained upto the mark, No hot water for bathing. Breakfast served was not hot. No proper Tea or coffee.

Nice hotel. Room is bit compact but overall value for money with good food and friendly service

The stay was good and comfortable.Response from the service personnel was delayed in serving of drinking water in the morning due to absence of staff.The tap cool hot selector was not fixed properly.The cost of drinking water charged was excess..

Pathetic experience. No Support staff. A glass took 70 minutes and 4 reminders to get delivered. Hot water not available for bath.

Bad smell, no proper ventilation, i didn't understand their concept given rooms based on people smoking.

After my guest checked out, a guy from the hotel called me at 6:30 am in the morning for asking extra money for a kid whereas my booking voucher mentioned about the kids’ stay.
