ac not working washroom is not god t v not working

Room was dirty , dustbin wasnt provided , washroom was dirty . When it rained in night all the rain water entered and filled in room from balcony door even though it was closed . If we asked for any room service (like once we ordered food and we needed cutlery , they didnt have any spoon or plate and they would deny like its our mistake that we are asking for it). Very basic to basic amenities were in bad situation like the rooms ac that was making noise entire time . Room service 2/10 Forget about food they didnt even have cutlery. Location was in kind of outskirt area.

Worst hotel experience of my life. I didn’t liked the place after seeing the room in person. So i decided to cancel it, make my trip refunded me the whole amount. But that manager over there took our luggage and forced us to pay for nothing. I called the police for their behaviour at last. And also i had to pay 500- over absolutely nothing. Without even staying. Choosing this hotel was a terrible mistake of my life.

No electricity full night such a horrible experience hotel care taker came to hit us when we complained that there is no electricity very worst experience never ever book this hotel actually this is not a hotel once paid money you will be trapped if you ask service we booked 6 rooms all 6 rooms no electricity no towel no dustbin

Good place hygiene felt comfortable with no much wait time friendly receptionist any time go place.

One of the worst stays, i have booked till date. Very untidy. Old bedsheets. Unresponsive staff. Ac doesn't work. Unpleasant odour throughout the room. Better avoid this place.

Rooms are not maintained properly we booked 3 rooms non of the tv is working and ask to rectify but even after no support or response it says parking available but no parking facility need to park car outside on the street waste of money

I booked one week but no cleaning this time. Other good and cost effective.

Collected early check in 500 rs and provided non ac room where i booked ac room and told will check out on same day afternoon but still no amount return

1. The entire place is very dirty. 2. The behaviour of the owner is not good. 3. They didn't provided the basic amenities like, drinking water and dustbin in the room. 4. The most terrifying part is the bathroom. No water was there in the tap and i not able to bath for 2days on that hotel. Even after informing the owner, they didn't respond. In short. Waste of my money. Do not book this hotel.

Very good and peaceful place, with balcony nice, some cleaning issues only to be change, everything good only,

Location is good, hygiene satisfactory, good safety and maintenance, good rooms suitable for family. Dustbins not kept in room. Overall, stay is good.

yeah... the ambiance of the hotel is good but thr maintenance is not up to the mark.. view point the view has a garbage dumped there.. coming to the people in the hotel they are good👍

Best one for couples and had no issues with staff

No one in the reception. No water. Located in the nook and end of the street. Bed was bad and was getting bad odour from mattress and pillows. Would not recommend this hotel(pg)

The stay at the hotel was nice and comfortable. Just need to work on power backup. Else it was nice experience for long stay as well. I have already posted my review

Bathroom lock is not working which i complained and still they didn't fixed it. Very unprofessional. Not recommend this hotel at all.

Overall good experience. But they can work on cleanliness a bit.
