The room was very small which was wrongly shown in pictures. Rooms are not as per photographs shown. cleanliness was not maintained properly. No ventilation for room washroom was not clean and buckets were shaby. bedsheets were torned

Great Hotel Great Sta
I had a very pleasant stay at Treebo Emlas Grand, Koramangala, Bangalore. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was excellent. A special thanks to Mr. Vineeth at the reception for being extremely polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. His warm and courteous service truly made a difference. Highly recommended!

Terrible Stay
Here the stay is worst nd most arrogant staff mainly a staff n has lot of arrogance nd disrespect the staff nd most worst thing is we need to beg them room service nd all nd rooms were stingy smell due to bad ventilation

worst cleaning or service
Worst service,rooms are smelling nd they are least bothered to clean.never suggest this premises.if we ask for room service everyday on fresh booking also no response nd no proper telecom to communicate nd ac won’t work properly

The worst stay possible!
It was the most pathetic experience ever. The blanket was torn. There was no hot water available for bathing in the chilly weather of Bangalore. The basin tap did not work. They gave a number to call the front desk for any assistance, but the call was always engaged because the receptionist would purposely put the phone on hold. I paid for the worst experience possible.

Poor Stay
Toilet seat was broken, despite complaint,no action was taken during my entire stay of 7 days. Even the soap and handwash was missing for 3 days and no towel was given. Breakfast was only for the name sake. No service was given, rooms were never cleaned, even the dustbin was not attended.

Poor Stay
Experience not like any other Treebo hotel. Room was quite small was not well maintained and bedsheet pillow cover were dirty. When entered, the room did not have fresh towel, tea bags, water was leaking through the washroom faucet and much more.

The lavatory was broken in the room and the room service was also poor the room was also not clean even the towels and bedsheets were dirty

businessReally worth for money. location in make my trip is perfect and the hotel is cheap and best. clean rooms and friendly staffs, really they allowed 2 hours late check out. breakfast is good but have to go before 9.30. room service is so good the boys are very good and gentle. the only minus is parking, there is no hotel parking but we can park in our own risk only. over all my experience is really good and happy 😊

Last night stayed in this hotel as per my experience bathroom is not clean entering the bathroom the odd smell, no hot water i called to reception there is no hot water he said keep for 5 min i kept for 10 min but too no hot water i got cold from this. No cleanliness. Breakfast was not at all good they already prepared the dosa and omelet roll before only and it was not able to eat by egg smell and their chutney was tasteless. The only i liked about this hotel is hotel staff are friendly and caring accept this everything is not acceptable thanku
