Suraksha Stay ITPL Hotel Bangalore

no paste and tooth brush provided,no proper mates in the room and no towels provided. both Fan and AC are making lot of noise.food order takes more time 1hr to deliver that too high cost compared to the menu they mention

The a/c in room has no cooling and the socket for charging phone or something has no electricity . It’s my bad experience in this hostel

My friend recommended me about this stay and the room was so spacious and hygiene also the washroom it was very clean. The food we had there was good in taste also it's affordable price. And the service also very good. The person was in the reception was very humble and kind.

everything is very good... food is amazing especially the idli and vada (breakfast)... Rooms are also very good...great view...

The innkeeper was kind of non cooperative and rude, he didn't help out guests even a little even though I had booked many rooms

there is no response team as per guidelines they are mentioned that no of persons depending the room will be charged,what kind of sop is this we don't understand,when we book deluxe room that means that room can accommodate 2+1 kids,as per process,but they took 1k additional cash to accomodate this is like minting the money during the night time when we have stuck 3 hrs in traffic to reach hotel

ac is not effective, food order is taking too much time for delivered,room contain smell ,maximum time I am staying with these hotel but now a days it's really challenges

It was a nice stay, clean and clear

Hotel facilities were good enough. Cleanliness was good. But food options were not available. Food that was available was also very bad. And they have kept sign for no outside food allowed. Though they allowed us to get food from outside as inside food was pathetic.

The room was very spacious with clean bed sheets and everything else from a electric kettle to toiletries. Staff is very accommodating.
