worst experience i have faced in this hotel, after booking hotel in advance and amount paid fully but still that hotel reception said rooms are not available and i called makemy trip helpdesk ream and requested for immediate other hotel but waiting for 1 hour to solve the issue, even this your staff also made delay, finally after arguments that hotel guy gave very bad room, fully smelly and cockroaches, bed and bedsheet room is very very bad.r. he took extra 100 money, please take immediate action on that hotel and reception team

The hotel asked for more money than what i prepaid. They refused to let me check in unless i paid the asked amount before support intervened. I had to wait for 30 minutes at 11pm in the night.

A little unhygienic

soloMy room, in fact all rooms had low lighting. There are a total of 4 ceiling lights, out of which only two worked and two are said to work only when power is gone. My room had cockroaches getting out of the bathroom and on asking the staff to do something about it, they told they can fix it the next day but not at that moment.

Unhygienic, lots of mosquitoes, no wifi

The hotel receptionist was not polite. They had very poor wifi network. Unable to work using laptop or phone. There were lots of mosquitoes in night. Would give a 0 for hygiene.

You ask about breakfast as feedback, there is no breakfast provided in the hotel. Wifi does not work. The lift did not work i had to climb 4 floors. Also the receptionists are very ill mannered. Such oyos should be closed.
