Friendly and personal service the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

I booked Oyo townhouse from 21st February to 24th February,2023. I have made the online payment but the hotel guy Adharsh said there is no booking id in the name of Gourav,I was charged extra from the hotel, saying the total bill is 3651,out of which I have paid 2201 as per the hotel computerized system. I have paid the extra amount of Rs 1450 as without this being not paid, he was not allowing me to check-in.My character with this kind of experience. My clothes were not given on time for laundry after multiple reminders and visit. I have paid the laundry amount and food charges of Rs 2000, but never got a bill after so many requests. This is my basic right to take a bill but no support was provided. Worst life experience.

They do not hon-our the booking and charge extra over and above the amount paid. was not able to resolve the issue satisfactorily.

Main entrance remain close in night. Service is also slow

1. No ro water availability. 2. No towel provided by the property owner. 3. Booking was accepted by the owner well in advance but when i visited the property early morning, he started discussing about his money deduction from your end & very less profit to him. He took 500- extra from me for the same booked room but i checked in at 0930hrs so i didn't argue that much. But it was not good gesture. If he wants to raise rates of the property, it should be clear while booking only. Firstly these owners lure customers with low rates and then ask for extra money while check in.

Tons of flies greeted me as soon as i got there to check in. Told the receptionist but he took no action.

The room offered was not even a complete room. It was made in gap between 2 rooms with a parting glass door. Staff was least bothered of concerns complete waste of money

Rooms are smells really bad and bedsheets are dirty.

Bedding is condition is like that the covers and quilt have not been washed from almost a month.

The room was very tidy & i didn’t face any problems in finding the hotel, it is feasible, budget friendly and value for money

We are 8 people and the hotel staff didnt treat us well and make us wait for almost an hour in the midnight for the room

Staff behaviour is excellent. Food is great but serving portion can be better.
