Hotel O NOBLE GRAND

Receptionist were laying each nd every time. I came at 2 pm while check in time was 12 and still I was asked to wait as room was not ready. I booked AC room and I was giving no ac room. Room was on 4th floor and lift was not working. While sending to room reception attendance said you have AC room. We have given that, but while seeing to the room ac was not there. Off 4 lights in room only 1 was working. TV was not working. Each and every time Reception attender said different story for every point. Not worth of staying. Water bottle was not provided in room.

I have booked a room for 4 days but they are not prepared for the check-in. in front of me they cleaned the room until we waited outside of the room, and the cleaning was also very pood they didn't provide the blanket also, when I asked they didn't respond. daily we face water issue. pillows and bed cover blankets are provides previous customers already used in every room.

Property and room is good. There is no food available at the hotel. Facilities are good. All are nearby only.

Room was good and the ambiance also good but i called at the hotel after booking and i told them my check in tym but still thy not prepared a room so that we get delayed by 2 hr

Property has no lift facility. Room allotted in the 4th floor of g+4 building. No ac also. Next day morning no water in the bathroom until checkout. I have managed upto face wash with remaining water in the bucket. No telephone in the room.
