The bedsheets and pillow covers wer stained and full of dirt, they dont change even after informing them. The staff is so rude. They don't even provide Towels. There is no car parking too. The lift button also doesn't work properly.

room was very unclean, cockroaches everywhere, bathroom was horrible and 1 small soap no toilet paper was given, pillow was so unclean had to change them and breakfast provided was very limited only 1 dish 1 cup chai thats all. also the staff were not that welcoming.

There’s no soap or shampoo holder at bath place. No towel stand in bathroom. Rude response by one staff. NO complementary water bottle on checkout day(11AM). Didn’t receive even on paying for it till I checked out. My daughter was not allowed in room to see me.

Biggest disappointment is the arrogant l staff. They know zero hospitality. The hotel room lacks basic amenities like a soap stand and the bathroom closet is so small. There was complimentary breakfast in the booking. However, they dont even mention what is available. They just say, Dosa, Idly, unless we ourselves ask for Poori or Pongal they dont even mention. , 0 customer service and 0 hospitality. In spite of the hotel being completely vacant, we were denied a 1 hour late check out. Overall, not a good experience. TV as they have not recharged for their Tatasky.Bedding is comfortable and room look wise was good.

The bedsheets were torn, there was not tissue in the washroom and the room was not well maintained, we had to checkout in the night since it became uncomfortable to continue our stay for the night
