No breakfast, no hot water, shower was not working, staff behaviour is not polite. Not recommended for staying with spouse

The room is somewhat good. But the staff were terrible, they removed my belongings from my room and without informing me though my booking is valid till tomorrow. They kept my belongings in waste cover. When I asked why they said we thought you were booked for one day, on my 4th day stay.

Food was good and the facilities provided were also good location of the lodge is also good for the night roaming around the streets and easy to come back!

No receptionist Cockroach in bathroom No kitchen No WIFI No number/phone to call reception or house keeping. House keeping boys taking care of reception.

No tap(broken)in the bathroom, no intercom or reception desk no. no breakfast provided even though it is complementary, when i asked for it.. they were arguing that breakfast is not included... when I shown the booking, then asked me to wait for 30mins time, by the time i made my mind to walkout since felt waiting 30mins for the breakfast alone is not worthy

The hotel was good I was able to find the property with the map. The only thing which had disappointed me was I had booked for the day with breakfast and then I get to know there is no breakfast for Sunday. Idk why the option was there to book for breakfast then

Overall gud. Location was gud all the amenities were available nearby. Services provided by the facility were not that great.

I had asked for a room for three people but the room they gave was the tiny one. Upon asking they said the bigger rooms are not available but then it was listed in mmt and I paid for a bigger room. Moreover there were mosquitoes in the room and no hot water.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I have found the this hotel through make my trip and have stayed almost 3times.Stay was overall good but in my last stay the AC wasn't working which gave bit inconvenience
