Overall gud. Location was gud all the amenities were available nearby. Services provided by the facility were not that great.

I had asked for a room for three people but the room they gave was the tiny one. Upon asking they said the bigger rooms are not available but then it was listed in mmt and I paid for a bigger room. Moreover there were mosquitoes in the room and no hot water.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I have found the this hotel through make my trip and have stayed almost 3times.Stay was overall good but in my last stay the AC wasn't working which gave bit inconvenience

washroom was so much dirty washroom sink also not clean bedsheets was so much dirty it's not clean and what smell inside room curtains also hang not properly washroom slippers was not there so bad experience

The room was not clean and hygienic and the ac stopped working suddenly. manager was also not responded well.

the thing is that there wasn't any restaurant where we could have lunch or dinner the rooms where quite good except that there wasn't any geysers and a lot of mosquitoes staffs were very friendly and the room cleaning was also very good the only cons are that they didn't have restaurants and the mosquitoes thank you

It's not hotel but colive/PG hostel type property. No room service and no intercom for calling room service. Makemy trip must mention Colive status in bold instead of Hotel so no confusion shall occur.

Stay was not so good Power cut, mosquito, gyeser didn’t worked

The property was very bad not properly maintained. AC wasn’t working. WiFi was very slow. Whatever queries we asked we had to ask them multiple times be it to check AC or to share WiFi password, we didn’t receive prompt response. They knew AC wasn’t working in that room still they shared telling other rooms weren’t vacant. This was known to us only when we enquired why AC wasn’t working.

poor hygiene and stinky rooms. AC not working, no kettle for hot water... only good thing is location...
