Location was very accessible, the rooms were maintained well and good nice staff and good service

Welcoming staffs and cleanliness upto the mark for the amount we are paying. The location is quite accessible and there might be a difficulty in finding space for parking at peak hours.

Good People, Good Service and Amazing vibe. Really liked the room too had almost all the necessary amenities.

Good hotel to stay, with anytime hot water, friendly staff, drinking water available, you need to park your car on road side otherwise it is good to stay.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating to your needs. Good location as well as there's lots of eateries, breakfast places and bakery nearby including a polar bear. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is clean but the hot water isn't as hot as it could be but it's still manageable. The only issue is the area is quite far from a metro station so any commuting you need to do has to be done by either local buses or cabs and autos.

Recently I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Dhruv Palace! The rooms were comfortable and and the location was perfect - quiet and serene, yet close to everything we needed. Although there's no restaurant on site, there are plenty of great eateries just a short walk away. They arranged a perfect complementry breakfast from a nearby restaurant. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing all essential items. The owner, Mr. Mahantesh Dharwad, was a delight to deal with - kind, courteous, and always willing to help. I highly recommend Hotel Dhruv Palace to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient budget stay in the northern suburbs of Bangalore. The surrounding area has everything you need - banks, food joints, bakery etc.

It was great location and service was also great, they were ready to allow us to stay for few extra hours due to delay of flight, great hospitality

Location quite convenient. 30 mins drive from airport. All the amenities were ok. Staff was cooperative.

The staff at the hotel are courteous and polite. I called the contact number early in the morning to guide about the location of the hotel and based on the guidelines i had reached the hotel. Though my check in time was12 noon, i was allowed to check in about 4 hours earlier. The room and washroom were clean and tidy. I was given a warm welcome. During my two days stay i didn't have any problem and the linens were also changed while cleaning the room daily. I certainly recommend for those who want a pleasant stay at bangalore. Unfortunately i didn't take any pics of my stay in the hotel

The staffs were very helpful. Only complementary breakfast is available. But good eateries available in the near vicinity. Rooms were clean, amenities were available. Good stay within budget.

The room was clean and app t for 2 people. Staff was friendly and they resolved our issue of mattress and changed the room quickly. Limited options in food so we went to a veg restaurant nearby.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Stay is good, environment and rooms are clean. I haven't opted for food so can't comment on that. It's little far from my destination but transport is feasible. Overall, good stay and worth the price paid.

The rooms were clean. Even though i checked in late at nighr, someone made sure to stay awake till i did. They later helped me with all of my luggage as well. The surroundings was also pretty peaceful and warm. I do not have any!

I booked dhuruv palace. They didnt ask for any extra charges for early check in. My stay with dhuruv palace was comforatble. Price is bit high in my point of view. stay was comfort, bathroom were clean and neat.
